Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Brightlane Airport pickup services are ‘Meet & Greet’ in Airport arrivals hall, your driver will be
waiting in the arrivals terminal with a signboard with your name on it

What if my flight is delayed?

Flight delays: If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed or diverted to a different airport, we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge. If we are unable to reschedule your transfer due to lack of available vehicles, you will be refunded in full for the affected transfer. our flight monitor system use flight tracking to monitor your flight arrival time

I’ve tried to quote and it says my address is too vague?

Our site uses Google Maps to find location’s address, There are some location’s address which are not up to date in Google Maps, and this affects our quote system. If this happens to you, email or phone us and we will be able to quote and book for you

How many passengers can you carry?

Our Luxury Mercedes Benz v-class vehicle seats up to 7 passengers and our standard Toyota Hiace seats up to 11 passengers, our Business class Mercedes Benz Sprinter seats from 11 to 19 passengers

How many months in advance should I book?

You can book anytime as our private charters and point to point services or tours run at your
request

How do I get a booking confirmation?

We will send you a proposal of an “offer to accept” to your email address after we received a quote/booking request from you, if you accepted our offer, the booking is confirmed and you need to pay your price by online as soon as possible otherwise contact to us for your payment method

How do I change a booking?

To make amendments to your booking please contact the Brightlane helpline on 094860902 or at [email protected]

How can I pay for my service?

When you accepted our price offer, you will pay by online secure payment system or you will be given the option credit or debit card or EFTPOS to make your payment in vehicle

Can you provide a child car seat?

Yes, you can hire car seats for your journey. When booking use the special request box to let us know how many children are travelling in your group, you can then add the number of car seats you need to your booking.
If you require a child seat for a baby under 9 months, you would need to bring your own, as we only offer front-facing child seats for babies over 9 months old. In the notes section let us know the ages of the little travellers in the booking

Do I need to reconfirm my booking?

it’s not necessary, we will send a details of your travel vehicle’s number and driver’s contact details by e-mail and text messages to you before 24 hours of your scheduled trip

Are your private New Zealand tours both north and south island?

Yes we take both South Island Tours, North Island Tours and tours that combine both North and South Island. Each tour is driven and guided by one of our professional driver/guides.

What sort of vehicles do you use?

We use a range of spacious comfortable late model vehicles and 7 seater vans Mercedes Benz v class , 11 seater Toyota Hiace minibus, and 11-19 seater Mercedes Sprinters. We can also charter buses for larger groups. Vehicles depend on group size and preference and we can quote on a range of different options for you, including high spec luxury vehicles.

How do you select accommodation?

All of our accommodation is carefully selected based on location, standard and cleanliness of rooms, amenities, service and friendliness of the staff and providers. 

We can quote you on a  range of different accommodation, include providers you may wish to stay with, quote on bed and breakfast/homestay style accommodation as opposed to hotel, quote on luxury lodges for some or all of your trip and we can book a mix of 4 star and 5 star accommodation or perhaps throw in a couple of nights of luxury in amongst an itinerary with more affordable accommodation included throughout.

Do you run your New Zealand tours all year round?

Yes, certainly. Our busy season is between October and April (spring/summer) although as New Zealand is such a popular destination in all seasons the tours can run all year round.

How far in advance should I book?

You can book whenever you like as they are private tours so run upon your request. Although during high season (Dec, Jan, Feb) it is strongly recommended to book at least 60 days in advance in order to secure preferred accommodation. For tours booked 30 days in advance or less, full payment must be taken at time of booking.
